  utilizing Adobe Illustrator  and Adobe InDesign . FileMaker Pro consultant/developer. Custom solutions for creative groups desiring to improve and

  optimize workflow. Designed and updated interface graphics for FileMaker Pro custom software.
  Expedited the file conversion of time-based media with cross-platform integration for inclusion on instructional DVD discs.

 1992-2004 Founded and operated Bristol Design, a creative company providing computer consulting, graphic design, and screen printing services

 1981-2004 Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technician/ trainer. Attended yearly factory training and new product education. Recognized as exceptional technician in

  diagnosis and repair of Mercedes-Benz automobiles. Trained apprentice technicians at dealer locations.
